What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To check out, please drop your keys at the front desk or leave them in your room upon departure.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

We offer early check-in and late check-out based on request and availability. Please make arrangements for early check-in and late check-out in advance so we can better accommodate your extension. Late check-outs past 2 PM are subject to a half-day rate up until 6 PM. Full rate after 6 PM.

Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yes, the front desk can hold your luggage for you until you're ready.

What are the options for parking?

We have a free parking lot on-site.

What is the best way to pay for my reservation?

A valid credit card is required to be in file to reserve a room. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid I.D. upon check-in.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay.

Do you offer extra beds or cribs?

Yes, inquire with the front desk.


What is the guestroom cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel your reservation or change your arrival date, please make sure you contact us before 3:00 pm 48- hours prior to check-in for a full refund. If you cancel within 48-hours of your arrival you will forfeit your deposit.

Are pets allowed?

Your dogs are welcome at Anacortes Inn! We do not accept cats or other pets. Dogs must weigh 25 pounds or under. Whenever possible, arrangements to accommodate dogs should be made in advance. Dogs may not be left unattended anywhere on the property, including guest rooms, unless they are in a humane cage or container.

Regardless of your length of stay, there's a small $25 fee to cover deep cleaning of your room when you leave. If a pet is discovered which has not been registered, the guest's credit card will be charged an additional day's rate. Please note that the maximum number of dogs per room is one.

Any guest whose dog causes disturbance to other guests or the staff will be responsible for that activity. Should such disturbance not be remedied immediately the guest will be asked to check out without a refund.

Is smoking allowed on property?

The entire hotel is a non-smoking property. The State of Washington requires by law that no smoking take place within 25 feet of the door of an area designated as a non-smoking area. Smoking in a guest room will cause the guest to be charged an additional fee of a minimum $250.


What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?

They are 6.5% Washington state tax and 2% local tax.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

Yes, guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

How many guests are allowed per guestroom or suite?

Two guests are allowed in our King style rooms, four guests are allowed in our Queen style rooms.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

Please contact our front office team at 360-755-7790. You can also send an email to and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I booked on a website other than, and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.


What are your breakfast options?

Anacortes Inn is home to a variety of locally owned coffee shops, bakeries, and cafes. Stop by the front desk and ask our Team Members for their go-to breakfast option.

Do you have a patio available for guests?

Anacortes Inn has a lovely patio adjacent to the lobby and a fireplace and patio just off the lobby. There's ample seating, and a warm fireplace.  Please call down to the Front Desk for assistance in lighting it.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center. Please visit the Front Desk if you have any printing needs.

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the guestroom, how can I do this?

Call the front desk and we will be happy to help coordinate amenities or gifts to the guest room.

What are the instructions for the guestroom thermostat?

Use knobs and buttons on the A/C and Heating unit to control fan speed, temperature and heat or cool settings. Feel free to call the front desk for specific instruction.

Are you able to mail something for me?

Out-bound mail may be left at the Front Desk for pick up. If you require UPS, FedEx, or International shipping, please contact the Front Desk.

Yes, extra pillows and blankets are available upon request.

Where can I store the valuables I bring?

We have safe deposit boxes located in each guest room.

What are the instructions to use the guestroom telephone?

Our telephones only allow for local calls. Dial the room number to call guest rooms. For external calls, dial 9 + then the number (including area code) for an outside line.

When is housekeeping service?

Housekeeping is provided automatically every 3rd day, or daily upon request. Service is approximately 9 AM to 4 PM.
